Step 1:    Repair Order Procedure
Your notebook PC has a problem.

Call VAIO Overseas Service HOTLINE in Hong Kong.

Dedicated 24-hour toll-free line exclusive for the Service

(Number will be informed to you personally after purchase of the Service in the confirmation document.)

Operator will validate if you are entitled to this Service*. You will be asked for
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Model name of your PC
- Serial number of your PC

Discuss the nature of the problem and the service procedure.

Agree on carry-in service arrangements.
(Pick-up service is not available. The local Sony Service Centre will be indicated by the operator.)


Step 2:   Repair Carry-in & Pick-up Procedure

Carry in your Product to local Sony Service Centre

After repair is completed, Sony Service Centre will call you to inform the completion of the repair

Pick up the repaired Product at Sony Service Centre

* You can not receive this Service free of charge in case your personal record do not match with Serial number of your defect product, or if the date of the call is out of 1 year after the purchase date of the product.
