2) BackstageTM pass有效期與相關VAIO手提電腦的保養期相同,均為產品購買日起計為期十二個月或十五個月(視乎保養登記紀錄)。
    BackstageTM pass有效期會於保養期屆滿當日結束。

*1 使用預載VAIO Care軟件或VAIO Recovery Center 及DVD-R光碟製作VAIO系統回復光碟。
*2 數據傳送服務只限將檔案及數據由另一部手提電腦傳送至新購買之VAIO手提電腦。傳送數據及檔案之類型只限影片、照片、音樂檔案及其他一般數據,並不包括任何支援作業系統、軟件及應用程式之傳送。如有關數據及檔案之使用或傳送須配合專用軟件或程式時,傳送服務必須於兩天前預約。
數據傳送過程需時兩小時或以上,將視乎型號而定。由於數據傳送服務將按客戶指示進行,過程中客户必須在場,並帶備相關手提電腦及其有關配件(如AC Adaptor、LAN Port 線等)。本公司概不保證能成功將數據之部分或全部傳送至新購買之VAIO手提電腦,亦不會就任何於該服務中不能提存之數據或恢復數據的完整性負上任何責任。
*3 只支援預載Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista 或Windows 7的手提電腦,該電腦必須運作正常及俱備網絡端口及電源適配器。
*4 本公司並不保證在提供數據傳送服務過程中,能檢測、禁止、移除惡意程式、病毒或間諜程式等傳送至新購買之VAIO手提電腦。
*5 安裝軟件服務所需要的程式、軟件、註冊碼及有關資料必須由客户提供, 本公司就軟件及資料的安全性及合法性概不負責與及不保證此等軟件及資料能否兼容VAIO手提電腦。
*6 使用VAIO系統回復光碟或系統回復功能電腦系統還原為原廠出機狀態時, 在進行系統回復服務過程中, 存儲於VAIO手提電腦內的軟件,檔案及數據將被刪除且無法恢復。客户應將有關數據送交本公司前自行為數據作備份。如該等數據、程式或內容有任何損毀,本公司概不負責。
*7 使用Windows Backup進行數據備份及回復服務時,有關備份資料及檔案只會存儲於客户之電腦內;本公司概不負責保管該備份資料。同時,本公司將不保證可以備份或復原數據之部分或全部,亦不就任何於該服務中不能備份或復原之數據或數據之完整性負上任何責任。
*8 根據VAIO手提電腦之規格,DDR3 4GB記憶體升級服務只適用於指定型號之VAIO手提電腦, 而安裝DDR3 4GB記憶體模組於部份型號之VAIO時, 必須將其原有的記憶體模組移除。
*9 使用 Windows Anytime Upgrade 升級套件,此升級套件及服務只適用於預載 Windows 7 家用進階版之VAIO手提電腦。本公司將不保證或負責有關軟件及硬件功能無法使用或兼容新操作系統等問題。

*1 Use preinstalled VAIO Care or VAIO Recovery Center and DVD-R disc for creating VAIO System Recovery Disc.
*2 Data Migration Service is provided to customer for data migration from another portable computer to the newly purchased VAIO notebook only. Types of data or files are limited to video, photo, music and other general types of data; migration of any supporting operating system, software and programs are excluded. If any special software or programs is necessary for data retrieval and migration, appointment of the service should be made 2 days in advance.
It will take 2 hours or above for completion of data migration, depends on the model of notebook. Customer has to prepare the related portable computer with its necessary accessories (e.g. AC Adaptor, LAN Port cable, etc) for data migration, which will be conducted with presence of customer and according to customer’s instruction. Sony shall not warrant or make any guarantee on successful migration of partial or all data to the newly purchased VAIO notebook and Sony shall not be responsible for any data that cannot be migrated under the service or warrant the completeness of the data.
*3 Only support to portable computer with Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista or Windows 7 preinstalled. The computer must be in normal operating condition and equipped with functional LAN Port and AC Adaptor.
*4 Sony shall not guarantee to detect, avoid or remove any malicious software, virus or spyware during data migration to the newly purchased VAIO notebook.
*5 Customer must provide the programs, software, register key and related information for software installation service. Sony shall not be responsible for any safety and legality issues of the programs and software, and shall not warrant they are fully compatible with VAIO notebook and meet Customer’s particular purpose. Sony shall not guarantee software functionality and shall not warrant that any data of the operation system or application software are complete and normal function.
*6 By Using VAIO System Recovery Disc or System Recovery function is used, it restores the VAIO notebook to its original factory configuration and specification, all the data and files shall be deleted and cannot be restored while in the process of system recovery on VAIO notebook. Customer shall make backup for all the data and files before sending us the VAIO notebook for system recovery service. Sony shall not be responsible for any loss of data, programs and contents in VAIO notebook in any event.
*7 When using Windows Backup for data backup and restoration, the backup files will be stored in Customer’s newly purchased VAIO notebook only; Sony shall not be responsible for the custody of the backup data. In addition, Sony shall not make any guarantee on partial or full backup or restoration of data and shall not responsible for any data that cannot be backup or restored under the service or warrant the completeness of the data.
*8 DDR3 4GB Memory Upgrade Service is applicable for particular VAIO notebook only. It may be necessary to remove the original memory module of some models of VAIO notebook upon installation of DDR3 4GB memory module.
*9 Windows Anytime Upgrade kit for Windows 7 Ultimate upgrade service is applicable for Windows 7 Home premium version of VAIO Notebook only. Sony shall not be responsible for the problem of software and hardware such as malfunction of features, defects or incompatibility with the new operating system.
