Pick up at any Sony Store in Hong Kong**
Your product will be delivered to designated Sony Store in Hong Kong within 2 working days**. Customers can choose to pick up their purchased products at Sony Store in Hong Kong in Causeway Bay, Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui or Shatin. No extra charge is required.
Remarks: Designated products only. Purchased product(s) is available for pickup at Sony Store, Tsim Sha Tsui from 5 May 2009 (3pm) onwards |

Pick up at Macau Customer Service Centre**
Product can be delivered to Macau Customer Service Centre for pick up (excluding PlayStation® items) within 7 working days**. No extra charge is required. |

Delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay only. Delivery to Discovery Bay is subject to surcharge of HK$130 for tunnel fee. No delivery is provided to any address to hotels, P.O. boxes, other areas in Lantau Island and outlying islands. For any request for delivery to Macau, we shall arrange the products to our Macau Customer Service Centre for your self-pickup.

Monday to Saturday (exclude public holidays) 9:00-18:00
If customer is not available to pick up the product, he/she can authorize a person to pick it up with authorization letter and identity card for verification.

Working days excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Purchaser should pick up the product in person but no authorization is allowed. In order to protect customer's right, he/she should show their Hong Kong or Macau identity card or valid passport and the credit card used in online purchase for verification to pick up the product. |
Pay attention: If customer is unable to make the above documents available when collecting the Products, we reserve the right to reject product pickup. If you fails to collect the Products or provide the above document for collection within 45 days after the delivery date, we reserve our right to cancel the order and charge you an administration fee an administration fee (10% of the invoice price of the Products) and all costs and expenses at rate of HK$500 without prior notice. |
